About Queer Store

Queer Store is more than a place to shop. It's another way we help support and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.

Queer Store grew out of Gay Pink Spots, the Bay Area LGBTQ+ resource that's been connecting our community with welcoming businesses, services, events and organizations since 2007.

Over the years, we've spent countless weekends at Pride festivals and community events meeting folx face-to-face. What started as a small selection of merchandise alongside our free Gay Pink Spots Guides gradually grew into something of its own.

Today, Queer Store brings together LGBTQ+ pride pins, jewelry, flags, gifts, apparel, collectibles and queer-created finds chosen with the same philosophy that guides Gay Pink Spots: our community is wonderfully diverse, and the things we offer should reflect that.

Something for more of us

We don't believe LGBTQ+ merchandise should mean putting a rainbow on everything and calling it a day.

Our collection includes items representing different identities throughout our community, along with funny, irreverent, artistic and sometimes wonderfully unexpected things that simply make us smile.

We keep experimenting, listening and changing what we carry. Some things become favorites. Some disappear. And new finds are always making their way into the collection.

Every purchase helps us continue providing LGBTQ+ community resources, including our free Gay Pink Spots Guides, online directory, community event listings and outreach throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
