Returns
We hope you love what you ordered from Queer Store. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging when applicable.

To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll review your request and let you know the next steps.

Once your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at pride@queerstore.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges
Need a different item? The simplest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the item you'd like instead.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please contact us at pride@queerstore.com.
