All orders are shipped in plain packaging from Q Store, and your shipping label will show Q Store as the sender—not Queer Store.
Your credit card or bank statement will appear as "Pink Spots."
U.S. Shipping Rates
Choose the shipping option that works best for you:
- Standard USPS Shipping: $5.95 flat rate on orders under $50.
- FREE Standard USPS Shipping: Orders of $50 or more.
- UPS Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at rates calculated during checkout.
Please note: Free shipping applies to Standard USPS Shipping only. UPS shipping charges apply regardless of order total.
International Shipping Rates
- Orders under $150 — $15 flat-rate shipping
- $150+ — FREE Shipping
Shipping Times
We ship all in-stock orders within one business day.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–6 business days via USPS or UPS, and every shipment includes tracking.
International delivery times vary by destination. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
PapiMalo Gear
PapiMalo garments are handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks before shipping so each item can be individually sewn.

International orders are processed through Shopify Managed Markets, which handles applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes during checkout whenever available. Shipping availability, final costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination.
