All orders are shipped in plain packaging from Q Store, and your shipping label will show Q Store as the sender—not Queer Store.

Your credit card or bank statement will appear as "Pink Spots."

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your order total:

• $25–$49.99 — $8.95
• $50+ — FREE Shipping

Shipping Times

We ship all in-stock orders within one business day.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS, and every shipment includes tracking.

PapiMalo Gear

PapiMalo garments are handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks before shipping so each item can be individually sewn.
